Analysis, systematics and precision on the one hand, and on the other, intuitively encountering the unpredictable, the counterpart as a person – where else could I bring these aspects together better than in personnel consulting! Ensuring the quality of projects, supporting my colleagues in successful projects, meeting clients and candidates in a respectful way and living up to my high design standards regarding the firm’s corporate identity: my job unites everything that is close to my heart.

For me, it is something very special to have been accompanying and supporting the development of HEADSAHEAD since 2007 as an employee right from the very start. Here, I was able to be actively involved in building up the corporate design, creating the Internet presence, animatedly bringing it to life with images and texts, delivering the structural basis for all documents and participating in the set-up of the IT environment. Nothing has stopped since then. . I support all development processes with high quality requirements, monitor the firm’s growth and am proud – as if it were my own child. In addition to this are the extremely interesting jobs of classical headhunting, which I take on with enthusiasm.

Coming from a traditional working-class family in the heart of Saxony, I first wanted to complete a solid education. Mathematics, technical insights and creativity were already some of my particular strengths early on. After the fall of the Berlin wall, I was then finally able to graduate from high school and study, thinking that studying architecture would unite my skills: the tangible and the intangible. In actual practice, however, I was missing one aspect – which is why I took time off for a few months in Singapore and Taiwan, and made the decision to continue my career in the business world. As a graduate engineer, I initially acquired experience in process analysis with an IT firm in southern Germany, and then held positions in the management and personnel consulting industry in Hanover.

Privately, I feel and experience architecture, art and creativity. In our exclusive projects, I now fully live out the aspect as a service provider that I had lacked back then in my architecture studies: my interest in people. This creates a whole for me. Thanks to this combination of the technically tangible and the intuitively human, I have solved the task regarding the “two souls” myself.
