A passionate, Latin American way of life combined with a rational “German” approach is what defines me and shapes the actions I take.
That is why I graduated in economics at the University of Bonn after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Chile with a major in social sciences. When starting my career, the core focus was on sales and marketing and gaining additional know-how in the product management and development sector in the tools industry. That is where I ended working as a market manager in charge of markets Europe-wide. I also worked as project manager in the automotive and aviation industry. Following that I was the ″right hand″ to a CEO for quite a while. In this position I supported numerous M&A projects and experienced, how important it is to professionally manage and support such processes in order to harmonise corporate culture and personnel.
By joining HEADSAHEAD, I now have switched over “to the other side” of consulting. This change in perspective gives me the opportunity to think out of the box when it comes to finding the right candidate for a position.
Personnel consulting is a job in which I can put all of my talents to good use – especially because it allows me to contribute my knowledge as a coach and trainer and, in the future, my MBA in business psychology.
I am married and have a daughter and a son. I like extremes and enjoy the peace and quiet of reading a good book just as well as the chaotic conditions at a noisy bazaar in a faraway country.
