Today, family entrepreneurs are increasingly taking the path of professionalizing their asset management. HEADSAHEAD, based in Düsseldorf and Munich, has now been selected as the exclusive partner for HR consulting.

HEADSAHEAD has been active in executive search for ten years, filling first and second level management positions as well as advisory and supervisory board mandates. The company advises family-owned companies on the one hand and financial services companies, in particular asset management companies and asset managers, on the other hand in filling management positions. Both managing directors, Ralf Kreutzberg and Dr. Michael Schorr, have merged their many years of experience and are now also contributing their expertise to the FOSTER network. They advise on filling key positions in single or multi family offices, asset and investment managers for real estate, wealth and corporate investments as well as, for example, art experts. They always keep an eye on the individual family constellation, succession issues, the form of organization, the location, the legal form of asset management and the choice of asset classes.
