At HEADSAHEAD, I have been successfully filling leadership positions across all functions since 2016 with focus on the processing industry in SMEs, FMCGs and corporate successions. Particularly fascinating for me are the wide variety of personalities who I meet in this way and the inspiration I myself can draw from the various industries. For me, openness, trust and transparency are the key success factors in the cooperation between people – I decide on the establishment of my client relationships based on this.
I consider myself to be a consultant through and through to my core and conscientiously maintain the network I have built up over many years. After working for several years at Deutsche Bank AG as a relationship manager, where I discovered my client orientation, I began my personnel consulting career in Australia in 2000. Through positions in financial recruiting, I moved into a senior position and, with the changeover to the psd Group in 2012, my focus became cross-functional. The broadening of my industry experience is thanks to my longstanding, satisfied clients, who successfully recommend me further in their respective circles to this day.
I am married and live with my family in the Sauerland. As a mother of two school-age children, I know what complexity, resilience and multitasking mean in actual practice. In my private life, I am interested in psychology, cooking, playing the piano; intensive interpersonal contacts and travelling are important to me.
