I grew up in an entrepreneurial household, which inspired my passion for cor-porate culture, leadership and strategic issues at an early age. In essence, it is always about people with their capabilities and their personal-ities. The fit between employees, colleagues, superiors and the corporate culture is the key success factor.
In personnel consulting, for me this means ensuring a uniform understanding of the vacant position and the personal expectations about the personality right at the start and examining all relevant details. With consistency in the process and empathy in personal interaction, I have been supporting search and consulting mandates for over 14 years.
After completing my dual business management studies, I successfully developed and supported a wide range of business collaborations as a B2B manager. In a family-owned enterprise, I was in charge of building up and expanding multifunctional sports and recreational facilities. In addition to my work as a partner at HEADSAHEAD, I successfully completed a master’s degree in business consulting. Since 2012, I have been active in teaching and research for three universities, where I support students with core focus on HR management, leadership and corporate management. As a systemic business coach, I also support managers in their own personal development.
Privately, I live in Hamburg, am interested in politics, culture and enjoy the culinary variety.
