As a consultant, I support companies in strategically significant leadership placements. For me, these decisions are not isolated HR measures, but pivotal drivers of organizational dynamics, leadership effectiveness and long-term performance.
My Latin American roots shape my energy and openness, while my academic and professional path in Germany has cultivated analytical depth and a structured approach. This dual perspective continues to inform the way I think and operate.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences in Chile and a diploma in Economics from the University of Bonn, I began my career in Sales and Marketing. Subsequent roles in Product Management and Project Leadership – including positions in the automotive and aerospace industries – broadened my business perspective across the entire value chain.
As a Europe-wide Market Manager and later a trusted sparring partner to a CEO, I was closely involved in strategic decision-making and multiple M&A initiatives. These experiences sharpened my understanding of how sensitive organizations are during periods of transformation – and how critical disciplined governance, clear communication and cultural integration are to sustainable success.
Transitioning into executive search was a deliberate decision. Having held responsibility within leadership, line management and executive contexts, I understand the realities of decision-making from the inside. This enables me to look beyond functional requirements and assess leaders within their broader systemic context – with regard to impact, development trajectory and cultural alignment.
My coaching and trainer qualifications, combined with my part-time MBA studies in Business Psychology, deepen my perspective on leadership, motivation and organizational dynamics. As the firm’s lead for Hogan Assessments, I contribute diagnostic expertise to leadership selection and development at both an internal and client-facing level.
I am married and a mother of two children. I value contrasts – the quiet of a good book as much as the energy of a vibrant market in a foreign culture.
