I have always been fascinated by getting to the bottom of things, questioning them and finding out why people act the way they do. In the process, I was driven by curiosity and the desire to pinpoint potential and make things better.

I rediscovered a lot of this in HR consulting: continually new challenges in terms of content, with regard to industries, corporate cultures and customer-specific contexts, constantly needing to get to know and assess new people – and last but not least, the success of having brought people together and providing the impulse for a sustainable cooperation and development that translates into a win-win situation for both sides.

Although I have gained insights into a wide array of industries and functions over the years, my core focus according to my affinities as well as my professional, contextual competencies and experience nevertheless lies in the following areas: search for managers in manufacturing companies, especially in medium-sized and family-owned enterprises, on an international level and in the broad field of the healthcare industry.

Before joining HEADSAHEAD in 2020, I earned my PhD in comparative literature at the LMU Munich following my studies in humanities in Passau and Florence. . I then worked in the start-up segment in business intelligence and finance, in the PR and marketing sector as well as in executive search; initially as a research associate both in a major international company and later in executive search boutiques.

During my leisure time, I enjoy literature and culture, like to dance and play badminton, and get together with friends and travel.
