The Düsseldorf-based executive search boutique HEADSAHEAD continues its growth trajectory: As of April 2026, Carl Graf von Hohenthal has joined the team as a senior consultant, focusing on upper-mid-market companies.

Graf von Hohenthal combines international leadership experience with in-depth expertise in executive search. After serving as a reserve officer and completing his studies abroad, he began his career in global sales at GHH-Fahrzeuge (SK Group), where he spent several years developing the African market. Further positions at Hilti AG, as well as leadership roles at Amadeus Fire, Headgate, and Treuenfels, shaped his profile as an expert in complex HR decisions.

His unique understanding of SME structures is complemented by his own entrepreneurial endeavors: among other things, he launched a specialized investment fund for dressage horses. This combination of empathy for the SME sector and a robust network makes him an ideal partner for demanding search mandates.
