The requirements for supervisory board chairpersons are in a permanent state of flux today, and the tasks are as challenging as they are specific. “From our own supervisory board activities, we know that there is little competent and practical exchange on this among chairmen,” says Stefan Eltgen, Partner at HEADSAHEAD. “We would like to fill this gap with an event on professionalizing supervisory board work.”

HEADSAHEAD invites you to a “Practical Forum for Supervisory Board Chairmen” at the Industrieclub Düsseldorf on July 5, 2018. The event partner is the renowned business law firm Linklaters LLP. Invited are chairmen of the supervisory boards of small and medium-sized stock corporations.

“The evening offers the opportunity to exchange views on the proper and professional handling of specific topics of supervisory board chairmen in an exclusive circle of participants,” explains Eltgen.

Prof. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Wilsing, lawyer and partner at Linklaters LLP and experienced consultant to management and supervisory boards, will introduce the exchange of experiences with a keynote speech.
Wilsing will also moderate the event, together with Marc Tüngler, Chief Executive Officer of DSW e.V., Executive Director of the Arbeitskreis deutscher Aufsichtsrat (AdAR) and member of the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code.
