  • Definition of the search strategy and list of target companies, client and function group-based market and data research, recommendation management

  • 3. Direct contact:
  • Establishing contact by phone, review of suitability and willingness to change

  • 4. Personal interviews by the HEADSAHEAD consultant

  • 5. Creation of a confidential report:
  • Analysis and evaluation of professional, intellectual and personal qualifications

  • 6. Presentation of the appropriate candidates:
  • Personal accompaniment and moderation of the interviews by HEADSAHEAD consultants, recommendation for decision

  • 7. Optional:
  • Reference check

  • 8. Integration of the final candidate:
  • Supporting contract negotiations, optionally onboarding
